    Hotel denied to give the booked room and came up with different reasons mentioning reservation number is not valid and reservation was cancelled on the same day etc ,I have send the screenshot from the app to prove reservation is still valid and had a number of calls with hotel team to get the booked room allocated ,due to this issue my father is senior citizen waited for room about 1 to 2 hrs in hotel reception with out room allocation ,really fed up with the service and never recommend this hotel

    No toiletaries, dirty pail, no toilet tissue, corroded kettle, blemished towels.

    Location is great. But it’s a rundown hotel. Shower was not working. They gave us a room on ground floor because we booked. And if you book directly with them they were giving better rooms on upper level. Not at all happy

    Our stay for two nights was excellent. Amenities provided was good and staff was veer kind. House keeping was upto the mark

    Decent hotel with good rooms. Perfect for family and extended family 訂房網站s. The restaurant was good as well. Just that they only had self service. But the food was all good.

    The staff was friendly however the tv and the phone in the room did not work for me during my stay. Would like them to improve their amenities.

    Decent place though food is bad and water bottle at the room costs Rs 42/-. Check out is at 12 noon but restaurant opens only at 1.30pm,so if you want lunch then you have to wait after checking out

    No one picks up at room service. They charge rs 42- for a bottle of water. Service is hopeless. We had to go down to order breakfast
